摘要

旨在研究日粮中添加不同浓度绿原酸对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血浆生化指标的影响。选取315只399日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,采用单因子设计,根据产蛋率随机分为3个组,分别为对照组、绿原酸300 mg/kg组和绿原酸600 mg/kg组,每组5个重复,每个重复21羽。试验周期为8周,记录采食量、蛋重、产蛋数,检测蛋品质以及蛋鸡血浆生化指标。结果:与对照组相比,日粮中添加不同浓度绿原酸对平均产蛋率、平均蛋重和料蛋比均未产生显著影响,但显著提高了平均采食量;添加300 mg/kg绿原酸显著提升了蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色,且绿原酸添加组均显著提高了第8周所产鸡蛋的浓蛋白重和浓蛋白比。综上,饲粮中添加300 mg/kg绿原酸能有效改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的采食量、蛋壳强度及蛋黄颜色。

Abstract

This study investigated the effects of different concentrations of chlorogenic acid on egg production performance, egg quality, plasma biochemical parameters in late-phase laying hens. A total of 315 Hy-Line Brown laying hens aged 399 days were selected and were subjected to a single-factor experimental design. Based on their laying rates, the hens were randomly divided into three groups, each consisting of five replicates with 21 hens per replicate. The groups were designated as the control group, the 300 mg/kg chlorogenic acid group, and the 600 mg/kg chlorogenic acid group. The experimental period lasted for 8 weeks, during which feed intake, egg weight, and laying rate of the hens were recorded. Their feed-to-egg ratio was calculated; and their egg quality and plasma biochemical parameters were also measured. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the supplementation of different concentrations of chlorogenic acid to the diet of the laying hens did not produce significant effects on their average laying rate, average egg weight, or feed-to-egg ratio. However, it significantly increased their average feed intake. Specifically, 300 mg/kg chlorogenic acid supplementation significantly enhanced eggshell strength and yolk color. Moreover, both the 300 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg chlorogenic acid groups significantly improved their albumen height, and the proportion of thick albumen at weeks 8 of the experiment. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with 300 mg/kg chlorogenic acid effectively enhanced feed intake, eggshell strength, and yolk color for laying hens in their late-phase laying.
