牛疱疹病毒1型疫苗研究进展
Progress in research on bovine herpesvirus type 1 vaccines
牛疱疹病毒(BoHV)存在多种分型,其中1型(BoHV-1)可引起牛传染性鼻气管炎、结膜炎、生殖系统炎症,此外,其可诱导免疫抑制,引起混合感染或者继发感染,对养牛业危害大。由于目前没有特效治疗药物,对该病的防控以接种疫苗为主。目前,BoHV-1疫苗主要包括灭活疫苗、活疫苗、核酸疫苗、亚单位疫苗、活载体疫苗。本论文对BoHV-1疫苗的最新进展进行综述,为其研发提供参考。
There are multiple types of bovine herpesvirus (BoHV), among which type 1 (BoHV-1) can cause infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, conjunctivitis, and reproductive system inflammation in cattle. Furthermore, it can induce immunosuppression, leading to mixed or secondary infections, which pose a significant threat to the cattle industry. Due to the absence of specific antiviral treatments, the prevention and control of this disease relies mainly on vaccination. Currently, vaccines against BoHV-1 include inactivated vaccines, live vaccines, nucleic acid vaccines, subunit vaccines, and live vector vaccines. This paper reviews the latest progress in research on BoHV-1 vaccines in order to provide insights for future research.
