基于微信平台的任务驱动教学法在医学检验形态学实习教学中的应用效果研究

基于微信平台的任务驱动教学法在医学检验形态学实习教学中的应用效果研究
The application effect of task-driven teaching method based on WeChat platform applied in practice teaching of medical laboratory morphology
目的 探讨基于微信平台的任务驱动教学法在医学检验形态学实习教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取皖南医学院第一附属医院实习的2017级和2018级医学检验技术专业本科生为研究对象,其中2017级32人采用传统教学法为对照组,2018级30人采用基于微信平台的任务驱动教学法为观察组。2组学生由同一组教师按照相同的实习教学大纲带教,比较2组学生检验形态学考核成绩,并且采用测评问卷调查学生对带教教师和教学效果的满意度以及对任务驱动教学法的评价。 结果 观察组学生检验形态学考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.001)、平均考核用时显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组学生对带教教师评分显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组对形态学实习教学非常满意的学生比例显著高于对照组、不满意的学生比例显著低于对照组(P=0.004)。观察组大多数学生认为任务驱动教学法有助于提高对形态学检验的学习兴趣、学习主动性和积极性,有助于理论与实践相结合以及临床诊断能力培养。 结论 基于微信平台的任务驱动教学法应用于医学检验形态学实习教学中,能提高教师实习带教水平,提高检验形态学教学质量,有助于高素质技能型医学检验人才的培养。
Objective To explore the application effect of task-driven teaching method based on WeChat platform in practice teaching of medical morphological examination. Methods A total of 32 undergraduate interns from 2021 and 30 interns from 2022 majoring in Medical Laboratory Technology as the research subjects, who had internship in our hospital. Among them, 32 interns from 2021 were used as the control group with traditional teaching methods, while 30 interns from 2022 were used as the observation group with the task-driven teaching method based on WeChat platform. The internship guidance was conducted by the same group of teachers according to the same teaching program. The examination scores of both groups in medical laboratory morphology were compared, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of students with the teaching effect and the evaluation of task-driven teaching method. Results The examination scores of the observation group in medical laboratory morphology were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.001), and the average assessment time was also significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001). The scores given by the observation group students to their teachers were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.001).In the observation group, the proportion of students who were very satisfied with the morphological internship teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of dissatisfied students was significantly lower than that in the control group (P=0.004). Most of the students in the observation group believed that task-driven teaching method was helpful in improving their learning interest, initiative and enthusiasm in medical laboratory morphology, especially in combining theory with practice and cultivating clinical diagnostic ability. Conclusions Applying task-driven teaching method based on WeChat platform in medical laboratory morphology internship teaching can improve the internship teaching level, improve the quality of medical laboratory morphology teaching, and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality skilled medical experimenter.
