高职护理新生职业成熟度的潜在剖面及影响因素分析

高职护理新生职业成熟度的潜在剖面及影响因素分析
Analysis of potential categories and influencing factors of vocational maturity of nursing freshmen in higher vocational colleges
目的 探索高职护理新生职业成熟度的潜在剖面,分析不同剖面的人群特征及影响因素。 方法 于2024年5—6月采用整群抽样的方法,抽取铜陵职业技术学院667名护理专业新生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、核心自我评价量表、成长型思维量表和职业成熟度量表进行调查,运用潜在剖面分析及无序多分类Logistics回归分析。 结果 高职护理新生职业成熟度可分为3个潜在剖面,根据其职业成熟度的各维度在不同剖面得分的特征将其命名为职业自主型(10.4%)、职业认知型(70.6%)和职业成熟型(19%)。Logistics回归分析结果显示,是否参加过本专业社会实践、成长型思维和核心自我评价是高职护理新生职业成熟度潜在剖面的影响因素(P<0.05)。 结论 高职护理新生职业成熟度存在异质性,可分为职业自主型、职业认知型和职业成熟型3个剖面,是否参加过本专业的社会实践、成长型思维和核心自我评价是高职护理新生职业成熟度分型的影响因素。护理教育者可在入学时及早对高职护理新生进行个性化精准职业教育,助力其职业生涯发展。
Objective : To explore the potential categories of vocational nursing freshmen's occupational maturity and analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of different categories of population. Methods In May and June 2024, a total of 667 nursing freshmen from Tongling Polytechnic were selected by cluster sampling method as the research objects, and the general information survey form, the core self-evaluation scale, the growth mindset scale and the occupational maturity scale were used for investigation. The potential profile analysis and the unordered multinomial logistic regression analysis were used. Results The occupational maturity of vocational nursing freshmen could be divided into three categories, respectively defined as: occupational autonomy orientation (10.4%), occupational cognition orientation (70.6%) and occupational maturity orientation (19%). The regression analysis results of Logistics showed that whether one had participated in social practice in their major, growth mindset, and core self-evaluation were the potential influencing factors of the career maturity profile of vocational nursing freshmen (P<0.05). Conclusion There is heterogeneity in the vocational maturity of new nursing students in higher vocational education, which can be divided into three profiles: vocational autonomy, vocational cognition, and vocational maturity. Whether they have participated in social practice, growth mindset, and core self-evaluation in their major are the influencing factors for the classification of vocational maturity of new nursing students in higher vocational education. Nursing educators can provide personalized and precise vocational education to new vocational nursing students as early as possible upon enrollment, helping them develop their careers.
