基于课程思政融合OBE理念的翻转课堂结合PBL教学模式在《肿瘤学概论》教学实践中的应用研究

基于课程思政融合OBE理念的翻转课堂结合PBL教学模式在《肿瘤学概论》教学实践中的应用研究
The application research on the integration of curriculum ideology and politics with OBE concept, flipped classroom, and PBL teaching model in the teaching practice of "Introduction to Oncology"
目的 探索在医学本科教学实践中运用基于课程思政融合产出导向教育(Outcome-based education,OBE)理念的翻转课堂结合以问题为导向的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式的教学效果。 方法 选取蚌埠医科大学2021级临床医学本科三年级学生为研究组,2020级临床医学本科三年级学生为对照组。教学内容均为《肿瘤学概论(人民卫生出版社第三版)》,研究组采用基于思政引导下OBE理念的翻转课堂结合PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较2组学生期末理论考试成绩及分数段分布情况。对比2组学生问卷调查反馈,综合评价教学效果。 结果 学生期末理论考试成绩研究组优于对照组(P=0.019),2组学生期末理论考试成绩分数段分布差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。学生问卷调查反馈显示,研究组总体评价优于对照组(P=0.001)。 结论 基于课程思政融合OBE理念的翻转课堂结合PBL教学模式的教学效果优于传统教学模式,可在医学本科理论教学中推广和应用。
Objective : To explore the teaching effectiveness of a flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning (PBL) under the outcome-based education (OBE) framework integrated with ideological and political education in undergraduate medical education. Methods Third-year undergraduates of clinical medicine from Bengbu Medical University were selected, with the 2021 cohort as the experimental group and the 2020 cohort as the control group. Both groups studied the same textbook,《 Introduction to Oncology 》(3rd Edition, People's Medical Publishing House). The experimental group received the OBE-guided flipped classroom combined with PBL, while the control group received traditional lecture-based teaching. The end-term theoretical exam scores and score distributions were compared between the two groups. Additionally, teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire feedback. Results The experimental group achieved higher end-term exam scores than the control group (P=0.019), with a statistically significant difference in score distribution (P=0.003). Questionnaire feedback indicated superior overall evaluation in the experimental group (P=0.001). Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with PBL under the OBE framework integrated with ideological and political education demonstrates better teaching outcomes than traditional methods。 It is worthy of promotion in undergraduate medical theoretical instruction.
