基于文本挖掘的中非合作论坛形象变迁研究--以AllAfrica新闻报道为例

A Text Mining-Based Study on the Evolving Image of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation - Evidence from AllAfrica News Coverage

摘要

中非合作论坛是中非集体对话与务实合作的核心机制,对中非共同发展和全球治理格局演变具有深远影响.以话语历史分析法为理论框架,通过情感分析、主题建模、话语策略分析和社会历史语境分析,系统考察AllAfrica关于中非合作论坛的新闻报道.研究发现,AllAfrica所呈现的中非合作论坛形象已经从早期侧重政治政策宣传、战略导向鲜明而务实合作薄弱的官方平台,逐步演化为战略引领与务实合作并重、参与主体多元的长期合作机制,总体上实现了从“愿景性平台”向“伙伴化实务机制”的转型.研究有助于深化对中非合作论坛演进路径的认知,揭示非洲媒体在建构国际合作话语中的能动作用,并为中国对非合作实践与对外传播策略提供参考.同时,为全球治理视域下的南南合作模式研究提供了基于非洲本土视角的实证案例,兼具理论价值与现实意义.

Abstract

The Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) serves as the core mechanism for collective dialogue and practical cooperation between China and Africa, exerting a profound influence on China-Africa development and the evolving landscape of global governance. Drawing on Discourse-Historical Analysis as theoretical framework, this study employs sentiment analysis, topic modeling, discourse strategy analysis, and socio-historical contextual analysis to examine news coverage of FOCAC by AllAfrica. It found a significant transformation in how AllAfrica portrays FOCAC. In early stages, FOCAC was depicted primarily as an official platform dominated by political and policy advocacy, with a strong strategic orientation but limited practical cooperation. Over time, the image evolved into that of a long-term cooperative mechanism balancing strategic leadership with substantive collaboration. This shift marks a transition from a "visionary platform" to a "partnership-oriented operational mechanism". The study also provides an empirical case grounded in an African indigenous perspective for research on South-South cooperation models.
