摘要
为提升游客在乘坐观光车过程中体验感,设计出一款符合用户体验的观光车座椅.通过SET因素分析法寻找观光车座椅的机会点;运用模糊德尔菲专家问卷将需求进行两轮筛选,建立观光车座椅设计的层级评价指标模型;结合模糊层次分析方法,量化各项评价指标并权重排序,得出观光车座椅总体评价分值.结果表明,集成理论能够筛选出科学的设计评价指标,设计方案能够满足实际市场的用户需求.
Abstract
To enhance the experience of tourists during the sightseeing car ride, this study aims to design a sightseeing car seat that meets the user experience. Using the SET factor analysis method to identify opportunities for sightseeing car seats and using a fuzzy Delphi expert questionnaire to conduct two rounds of screening of requirements, a hierarchical evaluation index model for the design of sightseeing car seats is establish; By combining the FAHP, quantifying various evaluation indicators and ranking their weights, the overall evaluation score of the sightseeing car seats is obtained. The results indicate that the integration theory in the article can filter out scientific design evaluation indicators, and the design scheme can meet the actual market user needs.
