基于KANO-QFD模型与感性工学的老年助浴产品设计
Research on the Design of Elderly Bathing Products Based on KANO-QFD Model and Perceptual Engineering
为设计出兼顾老年人对于产品的功能需求以及情感需求的助浴产品.通过结合KANO模型和QFD模型,实现获取用户需求并转化为工程要素.通过感性工学理论满足产品外观设计的感性需求;结合人机工程学数据,分析用户行为状态以及材料结构,产出一个合理且科学的老年人助浴产品的设计策略,设计出兼顾老年人对于助浴床的功能需求和情感需求的助浴产品,并通过JACK仿真与模糊综合评价法进行设计验证.
This study aims to design bathing products that consider the functional and emotional needs of the elderly. First, by combining the KANO model and the QFD model, the user requirements were obtained and transformed into engineering elements. Second, the perceptual engineering theory is used to meet the perceptual needs of product design. Third, combined with ergonomic data, and the analysis of the user's behavior state and material structure, a reasonable and scientific design strategy of the elderly bathing products was produced. Results show that a bathing product that takes into account the functional and emotional needs of the elderly for bathing beds was designed, and the design verification was carried out by JACK simulation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The scientificity and effectiveness of the design process have been verified and can provide reference significance for the future design of elderly bathroom products.
