摘要
针对烟支复合滤棒成型中,小型固态异形配料抓取困难、添加速度慢等问题,在倍福 XTS柔性输送系统的基础上,设计一款适配小型固态异形配料的取料装置.通过 ANSYS Workbench对取料装置进行瞬态动力学仿真分析,得出等效应变、等效应力随时间变化的曲线图和云图,以及顶块、夹爪的速度与加速度随时间变化曲线图.仿真结果表明,取料装置最大等效应力为39.755MPa,小于材料许用应力,强度符合设计要求;顶块、夹爪的最大速度分别为79.074mm/s和155.110mm/s,运动过程流畅且平稳.为进一步验证实际应用效果,开展配料间隔偏差试验;经参数修正确定,当配料释放高度为8.9mm 时,配料间隔偏差率低于5%,满足复合滤棒成型的添加技术要求.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of difficult grabbing and low feeding speed of small-sized special-shaped solid ingredients in the molding process of cigarette composite filter rods, a material picking device adapted to small-sized special-shaped solid ingredients is designed based on the Beckhoff XTS flexible conveying system. Transient dynamic simulation analysis of the device is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench, and the time-varying cloud diagrams and curves of equivalent strain and equivalent stress, as well as the velocity and acceleration curves of the top block and clamping jaw are obtained. The simulation results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the picking device is 39.755MPa, which is lower than the allowable stress of the material and meets the design strength requirements. The maximum velocities of the top block and clamping jaw are 79.074mm/s and 155.110mm/s respectively, indicating smooth and stable motion performance. To further verify the practical application performance, ingredient interval deviation experiments are conducted. After parameter calibration, the ingredient interval deviation rate is less than 5% when the ingredient release height is set to 8.9mm, which satisfies the technical requirements for ingredient feeding in composite filter rod molding.
