我国发展现代能源经济的核心理念与实践路径

The Core Idea and Practice Path of Developing Modern Energy Economy

摘要

现代能源经济是以低碳转型为基本要求、市场体系为制度保障、实体产业为根基、开放合作为支撑、科技创新为动力的复合型经济形态.发展现代能源经济,必须以习近平经济思想为指导,遵循以创新育动能、以协调提成效、以绿色谋转型、以开放促合作、以共享惠民生的新发展理念,通过协同推进能源产业体系、能源市场体系、城乡能源体系、绿色发展体系以及全面开放体系建设,走出一条中国特色的现代能源经济发展道路.这不仅是现代化经济体系建设的重要内容,也是推动经济社会高质量发展的内在要求.

Abstract

The modern energy economy is a composite economic form with low-carbon transformation as the underlying logic, market system as the institutional guarantee, real industry as the foundation, open cooperation as the support, and scientific and technological innovation as the driving force. To develop a modern energy economy, we should follow the new development concepts of fostering momentum through innovation, achieving results through coordination, pursuing transformation through green development, expanding cooperation through openness, and benefiting people's lives through sharing. Through coordinated efforts to promote the construction of energy industry system, energy market system, urban and rural energy system, green development system and comprehensive opening up system, we will find a path of modern energy economic development with Chinese characteristics; This is not only an important part of the construction of a modern economic system, but also an inherent requirement for promoting high-quality economic and social development and Chinese style modernization.
