基于5E康复理念的模式干预对结直肠癌患者术后身体康复效果及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 观察基于5E康复理念的模式干预对结直肠癌患者术后身体康复效果及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年12月在开封市中心医院接受结直肠癌根治术的98例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为2组。常规组采用常规康复模式干预,试验组采用基于5E康复理念的模式干预。比较2组术后一般恢复情况、胃肠激素、健康促进策略量表（SUPPH）评分、癌症患者生活质量测定量表体系之大肠癌量表（QLICP-CR）评分以及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组肠鸣音恢复时间（42.11±7.09）h、首次排气时间（59.57±8.63）h、首次进食时间（61.64±10.47）h、引流管留置时间（4.22±0.78）d、以及住院时间（6.04±1.78）d,均短于常规组[（47.58±8.16）h、（68.26±10.71）h、（72.85±12.01）h、（4.86±1.05）d、（7.93±2.05）d],差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组术前胃泌素（GAS）、胃动素（MTL）、胆囊收缩素（CCK）等胃肠激素比较,均差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组术后3 d时胃肠激素均较术前降低,但试验组术后3 d时胃肠激素均高于常规组（P<0.05）;2组术后12周时胃肠激素与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组干预前SUPPH评分、QLICP-CR评分比较,差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组干预12周时SUPPH评分、QLICP-CR评分均较干预前升高,且试验组干预12周时SUPPH评分、QLICP-CR评分均高于常规组（P<0.05）。试验组并发症累计发生率为6.12%,与常规组的14.29%比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 基于5E康复理念的模式干预可促进结直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复,提高自我效能,改善生活质量。
