摘要

以聚乙烯流延膜与聚丙烯非织造材料为原料,分别采用溶剂型复合胶、无溶剂复合胶和反应型聚氨酯复合胶(PUR 胶)进行复合,制备暖贴用透气膜/ 非织造材料复合布(简称复合布)。 通过对复合布的静电性能、透湿性能及拉伸性能进行测试,并进一步评估其制成暖贴后的温度特性,分析复合胶种类、复合工艺参数以及非织造材料性能对复合布性能及最终暖贴产品质量的影响。 研究结果表明:采用溶剂型复合胶的复合布静电性最强,采用无溶剂复合胶或 PUR 胶的复合布抗静电性优。 复合胶、上胶辊、复合速度及非织造材料等对复合布的透湿量具有显著影响。 同时,复合胶与非织造材料共同决定复合布的拉伸性能。 温度特性方面,由 3 种复合胶各自制备的复合布包装的暖贴,最高温度均达标,但在持续发热时间上差别明显。 其中,溶剂型复合胶复合布制备的暖贴最高温度相对偏低且持续发热时间长。 研究指出,相关企业在制备复合布时,应综合考虑复合胶类型、复合工艺条件及非织造材料性能等多种因素。 研究为暖贴企业提升暖贴性能、保障生产与产品质量提供了参考。

Abstract

Using polyethylene cast film and polypropylene nonwovens as raw materials, breathable film/ nonwoven composite fabrics (abbreviated as composite fabrics) for warm pads were prepared by lamination with solvent-based adhesive, solvent-free adhesive, and reactive polyurethane adhesive (PUR adhesive), respectively. The electrostatic property, moisture permeability, and tensile property of the composite fabrics were tested, and the temperature characteristic of the warm pads prepared with them was further evaluated, to analyze the effects of adhesive type, lamination process parameters, and nonwovens properties on the composite fabrics performance and the final warm pads quality. The results showed that, the composite fabrics laminated with solvent-based adhesive exhibited the strongest electrostatic property, while those laminated with solvent-free adhesive or PUR adhesive showed superior antistatic performance. The composite adhesive, applicator roll, lamination speed, and nonwovens all had significant effects on the moisture permeability of the composite fabrics. Meanwhile, the tensile properties of the composite fabrics were jointly determined by the composite adhesive and nonwovens. In terms of temperature characteristics, the warm pads packaged with composite fabrics individually prepared with the three composite adhesives all met the maximum temperature requirement, but differed significantly in the duration of heat release. Specifically, the warm pads made of the solvent-based adhesive composite fabrics showed a relatively lower maximum temperature but a longer duration of heat release. The study suggested that relevant enterprises should comprehensively consider the composite adhesive type, lamination process conditions, and nonwovens properties when preparing composite fabrics. The study provides a reference for warm pad manufacturers to improve product performance and ensure production and product quality.
