细菌纤维素/海藻酸钠基pH响应型复合水凝胶敷料的制备与表征
Fabrication and characterization of pH-responsive composite hydrogel dressing from bacterial cellulose and sodium alginate
为开发一种具有炎症刺激响应性的多功能复合水凝胶敷料,采用物理共混法,以细菌纤维素(BC)和海藻酸钠(SA)为基体,引入负载姜黄素(Cur)的沸石咪唑酯骨架材料-8(ZIF-8)纳米颗粒(Cur@ZIF-8),制备pH响应型Cur@ZIF-8/BC/SA载药复合水凝胶敷料。结果表明,当BC和SA溶液质量配比为8∶2时,BC/SA复合水凝胶基体的拉伸强度达93 kPa,红外光谱进一步证实了Cur@ZIF-8/BC/SA载药复合水凝胶敷料的成功合成。Cur@ZIF-8/BC/SA载药复合水凝胶敷料的平衡溶胀率约为1 418%,Cur累积释放率为73.06%,细胞活力均高于100%,具有良好的生物相容性,在烧烫伤感染创面早期治疗中具有潜在应用价值。
To develop a multifunctional composite hydrogel dressing with inflammatory microenvironment responsiveness, pH-responsive Cur@ZIF-8/BC/SA drug-loaded composite hydrogel dressing was fabricated via a physical blending strategy using bacterial cellulose (BC) and sodium alginate (SA) as the matrix, and introducing zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) nanoparticles loaded with curcumin (Cur) (Cur@ZIF-8). The results showed that the hydrogel exhibited an optimal tensile strength of 93 kPa when the solution mass ratio of BC to SA was 8∶2. Infrared spectrum further confirmed the successful construction of the Cur@ZIF-8/BC/SA drug-loaded composite hydrogel dressing. The Cur@ZIF-8/BC/SA drug-loaded composite hydrogel dressing showed an equilibrium swelling ratio of approximately 1 418%, a cumulative Cur release rate of 73.06%, and cell viabilities exceeding 100%, exhibited excellent biocompatibility. The dressing holds potential application value in the early treatment of infected burn and scald wounds.
