聚醚砜/聚苯硫醚复合过滤材料的制备及空气过滤性能的研究
Preparation of polyethersulfone/polyphenylene sulfide composite filter materials and study on air filtration performance
针对恶劣工况下高效空气过滤的需求,研究采用相转化法将聚醚砜(PES)铸膜液涂覆于聚苯硫醚(PPS)针刺毡表面,制备了一种新型复合过滤材料。以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)为溶剂、聚乙二醇(PEG)为致孔剂配制PES铸膜液,系统研究了PEG质量分数对PES/PPS复合过滤材料微观结构、平均孔径及空气过滤性能的影响。结果表明,当PEG质量分数为10%时,PES/PPS复合过滤材料表面可形成大量均匀孔洞,透气性良好,动态过滤性能最佳,能在保证高效捕集亚微米级颗粒的同时,实现较低的压损和较长的循环时间。
To address the demand for high-efficiency air filtration under harsh operating conditions, a novel composite filter material was prepared by coating a polyethersulfone (PES) casting solution onto the surface of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) needle-punched felt via the phase inversion method. The PES casting solution was formulated using N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA) as the solvent and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as the porogen. The effects of PEG mass fraction on the microstructure, average pore size, and air filtration performance of PES/PPS composite filter material were systematically investigated. The results showed that when the PEG mass fraction was 10%, PES/PPS composite filter material formed a large number of uniformly distributed pores, exhibiting excellent air permeability and optimal dynamic filtration performance, achieving high-efficiency capture of submicron particles while maintaining low pressure drop and long cycle time.
