摘要

涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY)的质量在很大程度上取决于涤纶预取向丝(POY),因此准确评估涤纶POY的内在质量对于提高涤纶DTY的品质至关重要。利用DYNAFIL CU动态热应力仪,对不同规格的涤纶POY试样进行测试,探究测试条件(包括测试温度、测试速度、测试长度)、预张力器绕丝方式、仪器维护及物检室环境等对动态热应力测试结果的影响。研究发现:动态热应力随测试温度升高而下降,且经对比确定165 ℃为最佳测试温度;测试速度宜在100~150 m/min,此速度区间既能避免试样低速时高分子链段过度松弛,又能防止高速时测试值因系统波动与线密度效应而出现异常,还实现了测试效率与测试准确性的最佳平衡;测试长度对动态热应力影响不显著,50 m的测试长度已能满足测试值稳定的基本要求,过长将显著降低检测效率;逆时针绕丝测得的动态热应力及其变异系数(CV)值较顺时针绕丝的大。并指出,排除环境与仪器干扰是获得可靠测试数据的前提,采取合适的测试参数是确保数据真实反映涤纶POY质量水平的核心。研究结果可为企业生产提供参考。

Abstract

The quality of polyester draw textured yarn (DTY) is found to be largely dependent on that of polyester pre-oriented yarn (POY), and therefore accurate evaluation of the intrinsic quality of polyester POY is considered crucial for improving the quality of polyester DTY. Using the DYNAFIL CU dynamic thermal stress tester, polyester POY samples with different specifications were tested to investigate the effects of test conditions (including test temperature, test speed, and test length), pre-tensioner winding direction, instrument maintenance, and the environment of the physical inspection room on dynamic thermal stress test results. The results indicated that the dynamic thermal stress decreased with the increase of test temperature, and 165 ℃ was determined as the optimal testing temperature through comparison. A test speed range of 100-150 m/min was recommended, and this range not only avoided excessive relaxation of polymer chain segments at low speeds but also prevented abnormal test values caused by system fluctuations and linear density effects at high speeds, achieving an optimal balance between testing efficiency and accuracy. The test length had no significant effect on the dynamic thermal stress. A length of 50 m was found to satisfy the basic requirements for value stability, whereas excessive lengths would significantly reduce testing efficiency. Additionally, the dynamic thermal stress and its coefficient of variation (CV) values obtained via counter-clockwise winding were higher than those obtained via clockwise winding. It was also pointed out that elimination of environmental and instrumental interference was the prerequisite for obtaining reliable test data, and the adoption of appropriate test parameters was the core to ensuring that the data truly reflected the quality level of polyester POY. The research results can provide references for industrial production.
