基于单螺杆挤出机高温裂解HDPE制备PEW的理论模型
Theoretical Modeling of PEW Preparation Based on High Temperature Cracking of HDPE by Single Screw Extruder
文章对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的高温裂解机理进行研究和分析,建立可预测聚乙烯蜡(PEW)性能的理论分析模型,并通过相关实验求解裂解动力学参数,对理论模型分析所得产物的数均分子量和实验所得产物数均分子量进行对比,误差在5%以内,验证了理论模型的准确性和可靠性。利用理论模型定性地预测不同裂解温度和不同裂解时间下所得产物的性能,指导了工艺参数。裂解时间在2~15 min最佳,螺杆转速在2~40 r/min最佳。
The article studied and analyzed the high-temperature cracking mechanism of high-density polyethylene(HDPE), and established a theoretical analysis model that can predict the performance of polyethylene wax (PEW). The cracking kinetics parameters were solved through relevant experiments, and the number average molecular weight of the products obtained under theoretical model analysis was compared with the number average molecular weight of the products obtained from experiments. The error was within 5%, which verified the accuracy and reliability of the theoretical model. The performance of the products obtained at different cracking temperatures and times was qualitatively predicted using theoretical models, guiding the process parameters. The optimal cracking time was 2~15 minutes, and the optimal screw speed was 2~40 r/min.
