基于多向侧抽芯机构的防毒面罩注塑模具设计
Design of Injection Mold for Gas Mask Based on Multi-directional Side Core-pulling Mechanism
防毒面罩的塑料部件是一种典型的深壳类零件,包含斜向圆周、凸台、盲孔、侧孔、卡扣等复杂结构,这些结构与开模方向存在不一致的情况。为实现顺利脱模,采用多组斜导柱与滑块相结合的侧抽机构,并对侧抽机构之间的装配关系进行精心设计。在冷却方式的选择上,定模采用导流板式冷却水路,动模则采用直通式冷却方式。模具设计为三次分型,借助顶杆顶出实现脱模。这种设计具有结构紧凑、动作可靠的特点。
The plastic components of a gas mask are typical deep-shell parts, featuring complex structures such as inclined circumferential surfaces, bosses, blind holes, side holes, and latches, which are inconsistent with the direction of the mold opening. In order to achieve smooth demoulding, the side pumping mechanism combining multiple groups of inclined guide pillars and sliders is adopted, and the assembly relationship between the side pumping mechanisms is carefully designed. In the selection of cooling methods, the fixed mold adopts the deflector cooling water channel, and the moving mold adopts the straight-through cooling method. The mold is designed as a cubic parting and is demolded with the help of ejector rod ejection. This design has the characteristics of compact structure and reliable action.
