基于房树人测验的《初中生心理健康问题筛查与评估手册》编制与应用

The development and application of Manual for Mental Health Problems Screening and Assessment of Junior High School Students based on the House-Tree-Person test

摘要

本研究旨在编制1套基于房树人测验的《初中生心理健康问题筛查与评估手册》,并通过实践检验其可靠性与有效性.研究选取1所普通初级中学的285名学生作为《手册》编制样本,另1所普通初级中学的472名学生用于检验《手册》的信、效度及应用效果.《手册》包含筛查与评估2个系统:筛查系统包含6类心理问题因子,共对应57项阳性绘画特征条目;评估系统采用5级评分标准.经验证,《手册》信度与效度均符合测量学要求,凭借严谨的编制流程与系统的内容架构,能有效筛查初中生心理问题,为学校心理健康教育工作提供了科学有效的测评工具.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Manual for Mental Health Problems Screening and Assessment of Junior High School Students based on the House-Tree-Person test and to examine its reliability and validity through practical application. A total of 285 students from an ordinary junior high school were selected for the manual development, and 472 students from another ordinary junior high school were selected to test the reliability, validity and application effectiveness of the manual. The manual includes two systems: screening and assessment, in which the former contains 6 categories of psychological problem factors, corresponding to 57 positive drawing characteristic items, while the latter adopts a five-level scoring standard. It has been verified that the reliability and validity of the manual meet the psychometric requirements. With its rigorous development process and systematic content structure, the manual can effectively screen mental health problems in junior high school students, providing a scientific and effective assessment instrument for school mental health education.
