银发经济背景下“四位一体”老年护理综合职业能力培养模式的构建与实践

Construction and practice of the "four-in-one" training model for comprehensive vocational ability in elderly care under the background of the silver economy

摘要

为应对人口老龄化与银发经济发展需求,解决中职老年护理人才培养与行业需求脱节、协同育人机制不完善等问题,本研究构建了以能力指标体系、模块化课程体系、双循环实训教学体系、协同管理机制为核心要素的“四位一体”老年护理综合职业能力培养模式.为验证该模式的实践效果,选取锦州市卫生学校127名护理专业学生为研究对象,开展为期一学年的教学实践.结果显示,学生对该模式的满意度超过77%,理论与技能成绩显著提升,临床适应期明显缩短,用人单位评价优秀率显著提高.实践表明,该模式能有效提升护理专业学生的老年护理综合职业能力,促进人才培养与岗位需求精准对接,为区域老年护理人才培养提供了可借鉴的实践路径.

Abstract

In order to cope with population aging and the development needs of the silver economy and to solve the problems such as the disconnection between secondary vocational elderly care talent training and industry demands as well as the imperfect collaborative education mechanism, this study constructs a "four-in-one" comprehensive vocational ability training model for elderly care with capacity index system, modular curriculum system, dual-cycle practical teaching system and collaborative management mechanism as the core elements. To verify the practical effect of the model, 127 nursing students from Jinzhou Health School are selected as research subjects for a one-year teaching practice. The results show that students' satisfaction with the model exceeds 77%, their theoretical and skill scores are significantly improved, the clinical adaptation period is obviously shortened, and the excellent rate of employer evaluation is significantly increased. Practice shows that this model can effectively improve the comprehensive vocational ability of nursing students in elderly care, promote the precise alignment between talent training and job requirements, and provide a referable practical path for regional elderly care talent training.
