混凝土搅拌机减速器阶梯轴的设计与数字化建模
Design and digital modeling of stepped shafts for concrete mixer reducers
为解决混凝土搅拌机减速器阶梯轴设计周期长、实物加工成本高的问题,依据常规工况条件,采集设计关键数据,采用AutoCAD软件进行二维结构设计,并结合UG软件开展三维数字化建模,将生成的三维模型转化为适配增材制造的格式.利用Cura软件完成模型分析与增材制造代码生成后,将其导入增材制造设备实现零件加工,完整构建了该阶梯轴从数字化设计到精准加工的全流程.经实践验证,该流程高效可行,可为同类机械零件的数字化设计与增材制造应用提供有效参考.
To address the issues of prolonged design cycles and high physical manufacturing costs for the stepped shaft of a concrete mixer reducer, this study collected key design data under conventional operating conditions. Using AutoCAD software for 2D structural design and UG software for 3D digital modeling, the generated 3D models were converted into additive manufacturing-compatible formats. After completing model analysis and additive manufacturing code generation with Cura software, the models were imported into additive manufacturing equipment for part production, establishing a complete workflow of stepped shafts from digital design to precision machining. Practical validation confirmed the process efficiency and feasibility, providing effective reference for digital design and additive manufacturing applications of similar mechanical components.
