新质生产力视域下高职环境工程技术专业“五金”建设———以锦州师范高等专科学校为例
Construction of the "five-golden projects" for higher vocational environmental engineering technology from the perspective of new-quality productive forces: A case study of Jinzhou Normal College
在加快发展新质生产力背景下,高职环境工程技术专业面临专业设置与产业需求脱节、课程体系滞后、师资队伍建设薄弱、实训基地产教融合深度不足、教材建设与产业技术发展脱节等现实困境.锦州师范高等专科学校以“五金”建设为核心,通过重构专业培养目标、优化课程体系、系统化培养“新质师资”、打造创新实训平台、校企合作共编教材等系统化实践策略,全方位破解专业发展困境,有效提升了人才培养质量,为区域环保产业绿色发展和新质生产力提升提供了高素质技术技能人才支撑.
With the rapid development of new quality productive forces, higher vocational education in environmental engineering technology is confronted with a range of practical challenges which include a mismatch between specialty orientation and industrial demands, outdated curriculum system, insufficient faculty capacity, inadequate industry-education integration in practical training bases and textbooks incompatible with advances in industrial technology. The construction of "five-golden projects" in Jinzhou Normal College is taken as the core to address the challenges of professional development in an all-round way through systematic practical strategies such as restructuring talent training objectives, optimizing the curriculum system, cultivating the "new-quality teachers" faculty systematically, establishing innovative practical training platforms and co-developing textbooks with school-enterprise cooperation. These strategies have effectively improved the quality of talent cultivation, which provides high-quality technical and skilled talent support for the green development of the regional environmental protection industry and the advancement of new quality productive forces.
