体育浸润助力农村中小学体育高质量发展路径———以辽宁理工学院为例

Pathways of sports immersion in promoting high-quality development of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools: A case study of Liaoning Institute of Science and Engineering

摘要

以辽宁理工学院对口帮扶农村中小学为案例,阐述体育浸润行动计划实施的现实价值及实施路径.基于体育浸润的多维价值,提出从深刻领会体育浸润行动计划的政策内涵、深入挖掘地区特色资源、将冰雪项目融入学校实践活动、促进校园文化建设、提升师资力量与专业素养等5个方面助力农村中小学体育高质量发展.实践表明,开展体育浸润行动计划可有力推动农村体育教育从补齐短板向提质增效转型,有效促进农村中小学体育高质量发展.

Abstract

Taking Liaoning Institute of Science and Engineering's targeted assistance program for rural primary and secondary schools as a case study, this paper elucidates the practical value and implementation pathways of the Sports Immersion Action Plan. Based on the multidimensional value of sports immersion, five strategies are proposed to promote high-quality physical education development in rural primary and secondary schools including thoroughly understanding the policy connotation of the Sports Immersion Action Plan, deeply leveraging regional distinctive resources, integrating ice and snow sports into school practical activities, fostering campus culture development, and enhancing faculty competence and professional expertise. Practice demonstrates that implementing the Sports Immersion Action Plan can effectively drive the transformation of rural physical education from addressing deficiencies to improving quality and efficiency, thereby significantly promoting high-quality physical education development in rural primary and secondary schools.
