产学合作视域下软件服务外包人才培养策略

Strategies for cultivating software service outsourcing talents from the perspective of industry-academia collaboration

摘要

为了提升学生的创新创业能力,针对软件服务外包人才培养过程中宏观政策落地困难、企业内生动力不足、高校育人效果不佳、科技创新严重不足等问题,从注重顶层设计、对接行业标准、坚持项目驱动、兼顾多方利益等方面提出了解决策略.这些措施为软件服务外包人才培养提供更多路径选择,从而满足软件服务外包产业转型升级发展的需要.

Abstract

To enhance students' innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities, based on some issues such as difficulties in implementing macro-policies, insufficient internal motivation of enterprises, ineffective talent cultivation in universities, and a severe lack of scientific and technological innovation in the process of cultivating software service outsourcing talents, this paper proposed solving strategies focusing on top-level design, aligning with industry standards, persisting in project-driven approaches, and accommodating the interests of multiple parties. These measures provide more pathway alternatives for cultivating software service outsourcing talents and meet the needs of the transformation and upgrading of software service outsourcing industry.
