高职战略性新兴产业双创人才“多维度协同”培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of a "multi-dimensional collaboration" training model for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in strategic emerging industries in higher vocational education

摘要

为适应战略性新兴产业发展需求,培养兼具创新精神、创业意识与专业技能的高素质复合型人才,围绕战略性新兴产业链,构建物联网应用技术专业群,以专业群为研究切入点,建立“产教融合、育创并举、校企协同”的人才培养机制,建立“赛教融合、课证融通、创学协同”的教学改革体系,建立“智慧教学、融合创新、多方协同”的智慧育人模式.最终,形成战略性新兴产业中物联网应用技术专业群“多维度协同”双创人才培养新生态,为战略性新兴产业的发展提供更加有力的人才支撑.

Abstract

To meet the development needs of strategic emerging industries and cultivate high-quality composite talents with innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and professional skills, this research focused on the new strategic industry chain, constructed a professional cluster in IoT application technology. Taking this cluster as the research entry point, it established a talent training mechanism characterized by "industry-education integration, simultaneous emphasis on education and innovation, and school-enterprise collaboration," a teaching reform system featuring "competition-education integration, course-certification alignment, and innovation-learning synergy," and a smart education model centered on "smart teaching, integrated innovation, and multi-party collaboration." Ultimately, a new ecosystem of "multi-dimensional collaboration" for innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation in the IoT application technology professional cluster in new strategic industries is formed, so as to provide stronger talent support for the development of strategic emerging industries.
