“五育融合”视域下高职体育综合育人的理论内涵、现实困境与行动路向

Theoretical connotation, practical dilemmas, and action strategies of holistic physical education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of "Five-education Integration"

摘要

“五育融合”是新时代教育教学改革的重要举措。高职体育综合育人有利于促进大学生德智体美劳全面发展,夯实学生体育学科核心素养,为社会培养德才兼备的高素质技术技能人才。然而,当前学校体育的育人功能尚不完善,主要表现为育人理念滞后、体育教师教学能力不足和评价体系不完善等问题。基于此,建议高职体育教育应自觉践行“五育融合”教育理念、全面提升师资队伍育人能力、持续优化评价体系,以推动高职体育高质量发展.

Abstract

The Five-education Integration is a pivotal initiative in the educational and teaching reform of the new era. Holistic physical education in higher vocational colleges is conducive to promoting college students' all-round development across moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor dimensions, strengthening their core competencies in physical education, and cultivating well-rounded technical talents with both professional competence and moral integrity for society. However, the current physical education systems still demonstrate inadequate educational efficacy, primarily manifested through outdated educational philosophies, insufficient teaching competencies of physical education teachers, and incomplete evaluation mechanisms. Based on this, it is suggested that higher vocational physical education should proactively implement the Five-education Integration; comprehensively enhance educational capabilities of the teaching staff; and continuously optimize evaluation mechanisms so as to promote the high-quality development of physical education in higher vocational colleges.
