护士工作压力与职业倦怠对心理健康的影响———组织支持感的调节效应

Effect of nurses' work stress and job burnout on mental health: The moderating effect of perceived organizational support

摘要

护士作为医疗团队的重要成员,其工作压力和职业倦怠对心理健康的影响备受关注.研究以一线护士为对象,通过问卷调查收集数据,并采用SPSS27.0处理数据,探讨了护士工作压力和职业倦怠对心理健康的影响,并分析了组织支持感的调节作用.结果显示,护士的工作压力与职业倦怠呈正相关,与心理健康呈负相关,且组织支持感在其中起到了显著的调节作用.这些研究结果对缓解护士的工作压力、职业倦怠以及促进心理健康具有重要意义.

Abstract

As an important member of the medical team, the effect of nurses' work stress and job burnout on mental health have drawn significant attention. This study took the front-line nurses as the subjects, collected data through questionnaires and processed the data with SPSS 27.0 to explore the effect of nurses' work stress and job burnout on mental health, and analyzed the moderating effect of perceived organizational support. The results showed that nurses' work stress was positively correlated with the job burnout and negatively correlated with the mental health, and perceived organizational support demonstrated a significant moderating effect in these relationships. These findings are of great significance for alleviating the nurses' work stress, job burnout and promoting the mental health.
