“岗课赛证”融合模式下物联网应用技术专业课程体系建设———以铁岭师范高等专科学校为例
Construction of the curriculum system for Internet of Things Application Technology major under the “job-course-competition-certificate” integration model: Taking Tieling Normal College as an example
随着物联网技术的快速发展,在“数字辽宁”战略背景下,针对区域物联网产业人才需求,铁岭师范高等专科学校物联网应用技术专业构建“岗课赛证”融合课程体系.通过岗位调研明确核心能力,搭建“基础素养—技术基础—核心技能—前沿拓展—实战应用”五层递进课程框架,深度整合岗位标准、技能竞赛要求、1+X证书制度等关键要素,将其融入课程内容,依托校企双师教学团队、校内外实践教学基地及在线数字化资源平台等多元保障体系,持续深化“岗课赛证”一体化融合.实践结果显示,该课程体系显著提升了学生的职业核心能力,为区域物联网产业发展持续输送高素质技术技能型人才.
With the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and under the strategic background of “Digital Liaoning”, in response to the talent demands of the regional IoT industry, the Internet of Things Application Technology major of Tieling Normal College has constructed a curriculum system of “job-course-competition-certificate” integration. Through job research, the core competencies are clarified and a five-layer progressive curriculum framework of “basic literacy-technical foundation-core skills-frontier expansion-practical application” is established. Key elements such as job standards, skills competition requirements and the 1+X certificate system are deeply integrated and incorporated into the curriculum content. Relying on a diversified guarantee system including the teaching teams of school-enterprise dual-qualified teacher, on-campus and off-campus practical teaching bases and online digital resource platforms, the integration of “job-course-competition-certificate” is continuously deepened. The practical results show that this curriculum system has significantly enhanced the students' core professional competencies and continuously supplied high-quality technical and skilled talents for the development of the regional IoT industry.
