公安院校实战化教学训练创新路径

Innovative paths for practical teaching and training in public security colleges

摘要

公安院校的实战化教学训练,以模拟真实警务任务和环境为核心,旨在通过实战模拟活动,强化学员的实际操作能力.鉴于目前实战化教学训练存在的课程体系不合理、训练方法不够丰富、评定机制不够科学等问题,提出了构建阶梯式实战课程体系、丰富教学训练方法和建立科学的评价机制一系列将实战有效融入教学训练的新路径.这些路径为公安院校提高学员的实战技能和整体素质,将其塑造成具备较高实战技能水平的优秀警务人才提供参考.

Abstract

The practical teaching and training in public security colleges focus on simulating real police tasks and environments, aiming to strengthen trainees' practical operation capabilities through realistic simulation activities. In view of the problems existing in current practical teaching and training, such as unreasonable curriculum system, insufficiently diverse training methods, and unscientific assessment mechanisms, this paper proposed a series of new approaches including constructing a tiered practical curriculum system, enriching teaching and training methods, and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism to effectively integrate practical training into teaching. These approaches provide reference for public security colleges to enhance students' practical skills and overall competence, thereby shaping them into outstanding police professionals with high-level practical capabilities.
