学科核心素养视域下高校体育通识课程教学改革

Teaching reform of college physical education general courses from the perspective of disciplinary core competencies

摘要

目前,体育通识课程虽为高校课程重要组成部分,却存在与核心素养理念融合不足的问题.深入探究高校体育通识课程现状,分别从课程内容重构、教学方法创新、评价体系构建及思政深度融合等维度,系统提出高校体育通识课程的改革路径.这些改革措施将核心素养理念融入体育通识课程,有助于学生享受运动乐趣、增强体质,又能健全人格、锤炼意志.

Abstract

At present, although physical education general courses are an important part of college curriculum, there is a problem of insufficient integration with the concept of core competencies. This paper deeply explores the current situation of college physical education general courses and systematically proposes the reform paths from the dimensions of curriculum content reconstruction, innovation of teaching methods, construction of evaluation systems, and in-depth integration of ideological and political education. These reform measures integrate the concept of core competencies into the general physical education curriculum, which helps students enjoy the pleasure of sports, enhance the physical fitness, and also improve the personality and temper the willpower.
