现代职教背景下高职院校大学物理课程改革
The reform of college physics course in higher vocational colleges under the background of modern vocational education
为推动高职院校大学物理课程与现代职业教育深度融合,以契合高素质技术技能人才培养需求,试探讨课程改革策略.针对高职院校大学物理课程存在的课程目标偏离职业教育需求、课程内容体系滞后、教学方法单一、评价方式片面,以及师资跨学科储备不足和教学资源建设滞后等五方面问题,提出以职业能力为导向的改革策略,包括设置符合职业需求的课程目标、跨学科整合课程内容、创新以职业能力为导向的教学方法体系、构建多元评价体系、探索师资能力提升与教学资源共建机制.所提措施为高职院校大学物理课程改革提供参考,助力其从知识传授向职业能力培养的转型升级.
To promote the in-depth integration of college physics courses in higher vocational colleges with modern vocational education and meet the demands of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, this paper attempts to explore the strategies for curriculum reform. In response to the five issues existing in college physics courses in higher vocational colleges, namely, the deviation of course objectives from vocational education needs, the lagging of the course content system, the singularity of teaching methods, the one-sided evaluation methods, and insufficient cross-disciplinary reserve of teaching stuff and the lagging construction of teaching resources, this paper proposed vocational competence-oriented reform strategies, including setting course objectives in line with vocational demands, cross-disciplinary integration of course content, innovation of vocational competence-oriented teaching method systems, construction of a diversified evaluation system, and establishment of a mechanism for enhancing teachers' capabilities and jointly building teaching resources. The proposed measures provide reference for the reform of college physics courses in higher vocational colleges and facilitate their transformation from knowledge transmission to vocational ability cultivation.
