西藏中小学体育教学数字化转型的方向、困境与路径

The direction, dilemma and path of digital transformation of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools in Xizang

摘要

体育教学数字化转型是推进西藏中小学体育高质量发展的助力器和导航标,西藏中小学体育教学数字化转型的方向主要表现在“传统式教学”向“精准式教学”转换、“实体式教学”向“虚拟式教学”跨越、“单兵式教学”向“协同式教学”转变.针对西藏中小学体育教育数学化转型面临的硬件基础设施薄弱,制约转型步伐;数字化教学资源匮乏,难以满足转型需求;教师数字化教学能力欠缺,影响转型效果等困境.对此,提出强化硬件基础设施建设,加速转型进程;整合数字化教学资源,满足转型需求;提升教师数字化教学能力,保障转型效果等路径.这些路径为中小学体育教学的数字化转型提供了理论指导.

Abstract

The digital transformation of physical education is a booster and guidance for promoting the high-quality development of physical education in Xizang's primary and secondary schools. The direction of digital transformation of physical education teaching in Xizang's primary and secondary schools is mainly manifested in the transformation from "traditional teaching" to "precision teaching", from "entity teaching" to "virtual teaching", and from "individual teaching" to "collaborative teaching". Regarding the challenges faced by digital transformation of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Xizang, such as inadequate hardware infrastructure that hinders the transformation pace, the shortage of digital teaching resources that fails to meet transformation demands, and insufficient digital teaching competencies among teachers that undermines transformation effectiveness and other difficulties, it is proposed to strengthen hardware infrastructure construction to accelerate the transformation process; integrate digital teaching resources to meet the needs of transformation; enhance teachers' digital teaching competencies to ensure effective transformation. These paths provide theoretical guidance for the digital transformation of physical education in primary and secondary schools.
