现代学徒制背景下高职计算机专业教学策略
Teaching strategies for computer majors in higher vocational colleges under the background of modern apprenticeship system
现代学徒制可有效推动产教融合向纵深发展,助力高职院校计算机专业教学改革升级.基于其内涵,结合高职计算机专业教学痛点,探讨该模式在计算机专业教学改革中的创新策略.高职计算机专业教学面临校企合作深度不足、师资力量薄弱、教学方式与课程体系适配性差、考核评价体系不健全等困境.对此,提出深化校企合作、加强师资队伍建设、采取“项目驱动式”教学、建立“双维度、五主体、全要素”考核评价体系等举措,为提升计算机专业教学质量,培养符合行业需求的高素质技术技能型人才提供新思路.
The modern apprenticeship system can effectively promote the in-depth development of the integration of industry and education and facilitate the teaching reform and upgrading of computer majors in higher vocational colleges. Based on its connotations and combined with the pain points of computer major teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper explored the innovative strategies of this system in the teaching reform of computer majors. The teaching of computer majors in higher vocational colleges is confronted with difficulties such as insufficient in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, lagging faculty team building, poor adaptability of teaching methods and curriculum systems and incomplete assessment and evaluation system. In response to these issues, some measures are proposed such as deepening school-enterprise cooperation, strengthening faculty construction, adopting "project-driven" teaching, and establishing a "dual-dimension, five-subject, all-element" assessment and evaluation system, which provides new ideas for improving the teaching quality of computer majors and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet industry needs.
