辽宁省小学贯彻落实“双减”政策课后体育服务质量提升策略

Strategies for improving the quality of after-school sports services in primary schools in Liaoning Province to implement the "Double Reduction" Policy

摘要

“双减”政策背景下,课后体育服务作为提升学生体质健康、丰富校园生活的重要途径,其有效实施对政策目标实现具有关键意义.聚焦辽宁省小学课后体育服务现状,发现在覆盖面、内容形式、资源保障等方面取得初步成效,但仍存在服务内容单一、师资与场地不足、评价体系缺失及城乡发展失衡等问题.提出构建多元化内容体系、强化师资队伍建设、加强场地资源保障、建立科学评价体系、推动城乡均衡发展等优化策略,旨在提升辽宁省小学课后体育服务质量,助力学生全面发展与“双减”政策深化落实.

Abstract

Under the background of the "Double Reduction" Policy, after-school sports services, as an important approach to improve students' physical health and enrich the campus life, their effective implementation is of crucial significance to the realization of policy goals. Focusing on the current situation of after-school sports services in primary schools in Liaoning Province, it is found that initial achievements have been made in aspects such as coverage, content and form, and resource guarantees. However, there are still some problems, including oversimplified service content, insufficient teachers and venues, a lack of an evaluation system, and an urban-rural development imbalance. This paper proposes optimization strategies including building a diversified content system, strengthening teaching stuff construction, enhancing venue resource guarantees, establishing a scientific evaluation system, and promoting balanced urban-rural development, which aims to improve the quality of after-school sports services in primary schools in Liaoning Province, thereby supporting students' all-round development and the in-depth implementation of the "Double Reduction" Policy.
