新医科视域下八年制器官移植学整合式教学的构建与实践

Construction and practice of integrated teaching of organ transplantation in eight-year medical education from the perspective of new medicine

摘要

为适应新医科要求,培养更能适应现代医学需求的医生,海军军医大学第二附属医院针对八年制器官移植学科改进了传统的教学思路和方法,以“器官-系统”为核心整合课程教学模式,打破学科壁垒,使医学生知识结构整合化、临床思维早熟化、学习能力自主化、职业认知清晰化.在提高教学效果和学生综合能力及人文素养的同时,也促使教师的整体素质得到了提升,符合新时代背景下健康优先和教育强国发展战略的需要,并为其他医学院校八年制医学生教学提供参考.

Abstract

To meet the requirements of new medicine and cultivate physicians more adaptable to the needs of modern medicine, The Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University has reformed the traditional teaching concepts and methods for the organ transplantation course of 8-year program. Adopting an integrated curriculum teaching mode centered on "organ-system", the reform breaks down disciplinary barriers, aiming to achieve the integration of medical students' knowledge structure, early development of clinical thinking, autonomy in learning ability and clarity in professional cognition. While enhancing teaching effectiveness and students' comprehensive abilities as well as humanistic qualities, it also promotes the overall quality improvement of teachers, which meets the needs of the development strategies of health priority and education power in the new era and provides reference for the teaching of eight-year medical students in other medical colleges and universities.
