地方师范院校现代教育技术课程教学改革策略

Teaching reform strategies for modern educational technology courses in local normal universities

摘要

现代教育技术是一门教师培养基础课程,在教师培养课程体系中占有重要的地位.通过深刻剖析现代教育技术课程教学现状发现,目前主要存在教学内容滞后、教学模式与课程实践性契合度低、传统教育理念存在局限性、教师教育技术能力欠缺及评价体系不完善等问题.针对这些问题,提出课程改革策略:重构课程内容,灵活应用教学模式,重塑教育理念,构建多维协同的培育体系和全周期、多维度的教学评价体系等.这些策略可为解决课程困境提供思路,以持续推进现代教育课程教学改革,数字化赋能教师发展.

Abstract

Modern educational technology is a fundamental course for teacher training and holds an important position in teacher training curriculum system. Through a deep analysis of the current teaching situation of modern educational technology courses, it is found that there are major problems such as lagging teaching content, low alignment between teaching models and course practicality, limitations of traditional educational concepts, insufficient educational technology capabilities of teachers, and an imperfect evaluation system. In response to these issues, some curriculum reform strategies are proposed including reconstructing course content, flexibly applying teaching models, reshaping educational concepts, establishing a multi-dimensional collaborative training system, and developing a full-cycle, multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system. These strategies can provide ideas for resolving curriculum dilemmas so as to continuously promote the teaching reform of modern education courses and digitally empower teachers' development.
