高职院校高水平师资队伍建设困境的破解对策

Countermeasures for solving the dilemmas in building high-level teaching staff in higher vocational colleges

摘要

高职院校高水平师资队伍建设水平决定了其培养的高素质技术技能人才对社会的适应程度.在分析了建设高水平师资队伍对高职院校发展的促进作用基础上,针对高职院校高水平师资队伍建设中存在的忽视师德师风养成、教师实践技能水平薄弱、高水平教师引进渠道不畅等问题,提出要加强师德师风建设、建构校企互融共培高水平师资机制、畅通高水平教师引进渠道等措施,以促进高职院校高水平师资队伍建设目标的实现.

Abstract

The level of high-level teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges determines the adaptability of the high-quality technical and skilled talents to the society. Based on the analysis of the promoting effect of building a high-level teaching staff on the development of higher vocational colleges, in view of the problems existing in the construction of high-level teaching staff in vocational colleges, such as neglecting the cultivation of teachers' morality and ethics, the weakness of teachers' practical skills and poor channels for introducing high-level teachers, some countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and ethics, establish a school-enterprise integrated mechanism for cultivating high-quality teachers, and smooth the channels for introducing high-level talents, so as to achieve the goal of building a high-level teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
