产教融合视域下体育职业教育协同育人机制创新研究

Research on the innovation of collaborative talent cultivation mechanism in sports vocational education from the perspective of integration of industry and education

摘要

当前,体育职业教育人才培养与产业需求错位的问题日益凸显.推动产教融合、协同育人,对促进体育职业教育的健康发展具有重要意义,有助于推动人才培养模式创新与要素资源优化重组.然而,高职体育专业在协同育人过程中仍存在课程体系“学术化”过重、平台资源匮乏、校企合作浅层化、主体协同动力不足和保障机制缺失等问题.为此,从重构课程体系、打造实践平台、深化校企合作、激发主体协同动力和完善保障机制5个方面提出创新路径,以解决体育人才供需结构性矛盾,落实体育强国战略.

Abstract

Currently, the problem of mismatch between the talent cultivation in sports vocational education and the industry demands is becoming increasingly prominent. Promoting the integration of industry and education and collaborative talent cultivation is of great significance for the healthy development of sports vocational education, and is conducive to facilitating innovation of talent cultivation model and optimizing reorganization of element resources. However, in the process of collaborative education in higher vocational sports majors, there are still some problems such as an overly academic curriculum system, lack of platform resources, superficial school-enterprise cooperation, insufficient collaborative motivation for subjects, and the absence of guarantee mechanisms. Therefore, innovative paths are proposed in five aspects including reconstructing curriculum system, building practical platforms, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, stimulating the collaborative motivation for subjects and improving the guarantee mechanisms, so as to solve the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of sports talents and implement the strategy of building a sports power.
