1+X证书制度下老年护理专业教学改革探究———以朝阳市卫生学校为例

Research on teaching reform of geriatric nursing under 1+X certificate system: Taking Chaoyang Health School as an example

摘要

为了有效推进1+X证书制度下职业院校护理专业健康、有序发展,培养出“一专多能”的复合型护理专业技能型人才,以朝阳市卫生学校为例,分析目前老年护理专业教学存在的问题,并针对地提出多渠道提升专任教师实践技能、构建完善的课程体系、多维度建设教学资源、构建综合考核评价体系、完善实训基地建设等策略,为1+X证书制度下职业院校教学改革提供参考.

Abstract

In order to effectively promote the healthy and orderly development of nursing majors in vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system, and to cultivate composite skilled nursing professionals with "one specialty and multiple abilities", taking Chaoyang Health School as an example, this paper analyzed the existing problems in the geriatric nursing teaching. The targeted strategies are proposed such as improving the practical skills of professional teachers through multiple channels, establishing a sound curriculum system, multi-dimensional construction of teaching resources, constructing a comprehensive assessment and evaluation system, and improving the construction of practical training bases, so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system.
