高职院校食品加工类实训室管理存在的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures in the management of food processing training rooms in higher vocational colleges

摘要

为了提升高职院校食品加工类专业实训质量和效率,保障实训安全,深入剖析该类实训室管理普遍存在的共性问题,并针对性地提出建立智能化管理平台、加强管理人才队伍建设、优化实训室管理机制等应对策略.这些策略为高校食品加工类实训室管理水平的提升提供了理论参考.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of practical training for food processing majors in higher vocational colleges and ensure the safety of practical training, this paper deeply analyzed the common problems existing in the management of such practical training rooms, and proposed the targeted strategies such as establishing intelligent management platform, strengthening the construction of management talent team and optimizing the management mechanism of practical training rooms. These strategies provided the theoretical reference for the improvement of the management level of food processing training rooms in colleges and universities.
