高职院校师范生STEM教育能力培养策略
Strategies for cultivating STEM education ability of normal college students in higher vocational colleges
教师作为STEM教育的主力军,其教育能力直接影响着STEM教育的质量和效果.以师范生培养为切入点,研究在高职师范教育中发展师范生STEM教育能力的意义,提出从STEM教育价值理解、跨学科知识整合、STEM教学设计、STEM课程开发、STEM教学实施五个方面培养高职院校师范生STEM教育能力的可行策略.所提策略可从根本上缓解STEM教师紧缺的问题,同时为同类院校开展STEM教育活动及制定师范生STEM教育能力培养方案提供参考.
As the main force of STEM education, teachers' educational abilities directly affect the quality and effect of STEM education. This paper studied the significance of developing the STEM education abilities of normal college students in higher vocational colleges starting from the training of normal college students, and put forward feasible strategies for cultivating the STEM education abilities of normal college students in higher vocational colleges from five aspects: understanding of STEM education value, integration of interdisciplinary knowledge, STEM teaching design, STEM curriculum development and STEM teaching implementation. The proposed strategies can fundamentally alleviate the shortage of STEM teachers, and provide reference for similar colleges to carry out STEM education activities and develop STEM education ability training programs for normal university students.
