高职院校公共体育课程教学创新团队建设路径

The path to construct innovative teaching team of public physical education course in higher vocational colleges

摘要

在推动现代职业教育高质量发展背景下,为了激发学生的体质潜能、提升学生运动能力和创新能力,对教学创新团队的建设目标、改革方向、优化结构等问题进行分析,进而相应提出构建高职院校公共体育课程教学创新团队的建设路径.所提措施为持续推动体育学科发展和提升职业教育的整体水平提供理论参考.

Abstract

In the context of promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education, in order to stimulate the students' physical potential, improve the students' sports ability and innovation ability, this paper analyzes the construction objectives, reform directions and optimization structures of the innovative teaching team, and further proposes the construction path of the public physical education teaching team in higher vocational colleges accordingly. The proposed measures provide theoretical reference for continuously promoting the development of physical education and improving the overall level of vocational education.
