基于KAP理论的护理对老年糖尿病患者应用效果及自我管理能力的影响

The application effect of nursing based on KAP theory on elderly diabetic patients and its influence on self-management ability

摘要

讨论基于KAP理论的护理对老年糖尿病患者的应用效果及对自我管理能力的影响.选取2022年8月—2023年12月合肥市第二人民医院收治的66例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,应用分层随机法将其均分为对照组与观察组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于KAP理论的护理,2组患者护理干预时间均为2个月,对比2组护理干预前后疾病不确定性、自我管理能力、血糖水平等指标.结果表明:护理2个月后,观察组疾病不确定性和血糖水平均比对照组更低(P<0.001);观察组自我管理能力比对照组更高(P<0.001).基于KAP理论的护理对老年糖尿病患者的应用效果显著,有助于减轻疾病不确定性,提升自我管理能力,进而显著降糖.

Abstract

This paper discussed the application effect of nursing based on KAP theory on elderly diabetic patients and its influence on self-management ability. 66 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects and were divided into control group and observation group by stratified random method. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with nursing based on KAP theory. The nursing intervention time of the two groups was 2 months. The indexes of illness uncertainty, self-management ability, blood glucose level and other indicators before and after the nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. The results showed that after 2 months of nursing, the disease uncertainty and blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.001); the self-management ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). The nursing based on the KAP theory has a significant application effect on elderly diabetic patients, which is helpful to reduce disease uncertainty, improve self-management ability, and significantly reduce blood glucose.
