广西高校体育师范生可持续发展能力研究

Research on the sustainable development ability of normal physical education university students in Guangxi

摘要

为评估广西高校体育师范生的可持续发展能力,通过对130份有效问卷进行因子分析,从健康环保、专业能力、教育公平、身心健康、安全教育5大维度构建《未来体育教师可持续发展能力量表》.研究结果表明,广西体育师范生组成人口特征明显、培育阶段能力体现差异化以及培养高校办学特色迥异.对此,根据可持续发展特点提出广西高校需要优化基于学生人口特征的体育教师培养设计、实施基于阶段能力差异的针对性培育内容和构建符合学校定位的特色体育教师培育体系等系列建议.这些措施为全面提升广西高校体育师范生的可持续发展能力及区域教育的发展和进步提供借鉴.

Abstract

In order to assess the sustainable development ability of normal physical education university students in Guangxi, "The Sustainable Development Ability Scale for Future Physical Education Teachers" was constructed by factor analysis on 130 valid questionnaires in five dimensions, namely, health and environmental protection, professional competence, educational equity, physical and mental health and safety education. The results of the study show the obvious demographic characteristics of the normal physical education university students in Guangxi, differentiated abilities at the cultivation stage, and the quite different schooling characteristics of training universities. In this regard, according to the sustainable development characteristics, a series of suggestions are proposed for Guangxi colleges and universities to optimize the training design of physical education teachers based on the demographic characteristics of the students, to implement the targeted training content based on the differences of the ability in the training stage, and to build a special physical education teacher training system in line with the positioning of the school. These measures provide reference for comprehensively improving the sustainable development ability of normal physical education university students in Guangxi and the development and progress of regional education.
