采用VSD技术治疗的手足创伤性软组织缺损患者应用全方位护理的效果分析

Effect analysis of applying comprehensive nursing care on patients with traumatic soft tissue defects in the hand and foot treated with VSD technology

摘要

探究采用VSD技术治疗的手足创伤性软组织缺损患者应用全方位护理的效果.选取2021年3月—2023年3月安徽省立医院收治的80例手足创伤性软组织缺损VSD治疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为2组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全方位护理,比较2组创面恢复状况、心理状态、疼痛水平、预后状况和生活质量.结果表明:观察组创面愈合用时、焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)程度、术后24h、48h疼痛水平(VAS)、二期植皮时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),肉芽生长形态和愈合效果评分、术后皮瓣成活率、生活质量均高于对照组(P<0.05).采用VSD技术治疗的手足创伤性软组织缺损患者应用全方位护理效果显著,可加快创面愈合及恢复,降低心理、生理应激反应,提高生活质量,值得推广.

Abstract

In order to explore the effects of applying comprehensive nursing care on patients with traumatic soft tissue defects in the hand and foot treated with VSD technology, eighty patients with traumatic soft tissue defects in the hand and foot treated with VSD at Anhui Provincial Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as research subjects. They were equally divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. The wound recovery status, psychological state, pain levels, prognosis and quality of life were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the observation group had shorter wound healing time, lower anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) scores, lower pain levels (VAS) at 24 and 48 hours after operation, and shorter secondary skin grafting time compared to the control group (P<0.05). The observation group also scored higher in granulation growth morphology and healing effect, postoperative flap survival rate and quality of life than the control group (P<0.05). The effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with traumatic soft tissue defects in the hand and foot treated with VSD technology is remarkable. It can accelerate wound healing and recovery, reduce psychological and physiological stress responses, and improve quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
