1+X证书制度背景下高职院校“岗课赛证”融通育人模式研究———以食品检验检测技术专业为例

Research on integrated education mode of “post-course-competition-certificate” in higher vocational colleges under the background of 1+X certificate system: A case study on the major of food inspection and testing technology

摘要

1+X证书制度背景下的“岗课赛证”融通育人是基于当前人才就业现状所作出的重要创新举措.阐明了“岗课赛证”融通的内涵和实施路线,分析了实施“岗课赛证”融通育人模式的必要性,并在此基础上,提出构建“基础+核心+拓展”专业课程体系、开发多样化教学资源、构建多元评价体系、组建“双师型”教学团队等融通育人路径,为高职院校食品类专业的人才培养模式改革提供借鉴.

Abstract

Under the background of the 1+X certificate system, the integration education of “post-course-competition-certificate” is an important innovative measure based on the current situation of talent employment. This paper expounded the connotation and implementation route of “post-course-competition-certificate” integration, analyzed the necessity of implementing “post-course-competition-certificate” integration education mode, and on this basis, it proposed the integration education approaches, such as constructing “foundation+core+expansion” professional curriculum system, developing diversified teaching resources, constructing multiple evaluation system, and setting up “double-qualified” teaching team, which provides reference for the reform of talent training mode of food majors in higher vocational colleges.
