摘要
开关电源在接通瞬间会产生较大的浪涌电流,易发生输入熔断器烧断、合闸开关触点烧坏或整流桥过流损坏等,导致开关电源无法正常工作.针对开关电源的浪涌电流问题,设计一种抗浪涌软启动模块.该模块采用智能分段充电方式,可抑制高压输入时200A以下的瞬时冲击电流,且启动后对后续电路无影响.该设计不仅可以保证电源运行可靠、降低故障率,还可以延长电源的使用寿命,具有一定的推广价值.
Abstract
The switching power supply will produce a large surge current at the moment of connection, which is easy to cause the input fuse to burn, the closing switch contact to burn out or overcurrent damage to the rectifier, resulting in the malfunction of the power supply. To address the surge current issue in switching power supplies, a surge suppression soft start module is designed. This module adopts an intelligent segmented charging method, which can suppress instantaneous surge currents below 200A during high voltage input, without affecting subsequent circuits after startup. This design can not only ensure reliable operation and reduce failure rates of the power supply but also extend its service life, which has certain promotion value.
