激励-保健型生育动机问卷编制及信效度检验

Motivator-hygiene fertility motivation questionnaire development and its reliability and validity test

摘要

基于赫兹伯格的双因素理论,编制激励-保健型生育动机问卷.以文献归纳、个别访谈、专家咨询等为基础,通过项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析确定问卷的项目,以805名育龄女性为被试进行施测,检验该问卷的信度和效度.激励-保健型生育动机问卷由激励型生育动机和保健型生育动机2个因子共12个项目构成.本问卷信效度良好,能较好地反映激励及保健因素对育龄女性生育动机的不同作用机制.

Abstract

Based on Herzberg's two-factor theory, a motivator-hygiene fertility motivation questionnaire was developed. According to literature review, individual interviews and expert consultation, the items of the questionnaire were determined through project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis, and 805 women of childbearing age were taken as subjects to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The motivating-healthcare fertility motivation questionnaire consists of 12 items on two factors, namely incentive fertility motivation and healthcare fertility motivatior. The reliability and validity of this questionnaire are good, which can better reflect the different mechanisms of motivating and healthcare factors on fertility motivation for women of childbearing age.
