数字基础设施对城乡融合的影响及作用机制研究

摘要

数字经济的快速发展正在全面重塑城乡关系,数字基础设施作为其关键支撑,对城乡融合发展具有重要影响,探索数字基础设施对城乡融合的影响及其效应,对于促进城乡关系协调和可持续发展具有重要价值。因此,文章以中国297个城市为案例,利用2012-2022年的时间序列数据,运用双向固定效应模型探索数字基础设施建设对城乡融合发展的影响效应,并分析健康福祉(SDG3)、优质教育(SDG4)、气候行动(SDG13)等可持续发展目标的中介作用。研究结果显示,数字基础设施对城乡融合进程产生了积极且显著的影响;健康福祉(SDG3)、优质教育(SDG4)与气候行动(SDG13)等可持续发展目标在数字基础设施促进城乡融合发展的过程中均起到促进作用,同时数字基础设施对城乡融合发展的推动作用存在区域差异。

Abstract

Digital economy is comprehensively reshaping the pattern of urban and rural development,and digital infrastructure,as its key support,is of great significance in promoting urban-rural integration. As urban-rural integration is an important element of sustainable development,exploring the role of digital infrastructure on urban-rural integration provides new ideas for achieving sustainable urban-rural development. Therefore,based on data from 297 Chinese cities from 2012 to 2022,a two-way fixed-effects model is applied to analyse the role of digital infrastructure on urban-rural integration development. the role played by several SDGs,such as health and well-being (SDG3),quality education (SDG4),and climate action (SDG13),in this process is also explored. The results of the study show that digital infrastructure has a positive and significant impact on the process of urban-rural integration;that the SDGs of health and well-being (SDG3),quality education (SDG4),and climate action (SDG13) all contribute to the process of urban-rural integration;and that there are regional differences in the contribution of digital infrastructure to urban-rural integration.
