CD97与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要

CD97是黏附分子G蛋白偶联受体GPCRs家族中的核心成员,在免疫调节中发挥重要作用,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。CD97高表达与肿瘤患者不良预后相关,通过介导肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、转移以及重塑肿瘤免疫微环境等方式促进肿瘤进展。靶向CD97的抗体药物、CAR-T细胞疗法等诊疗策略已展现出潜在应用前景。
