数字金融对乡村产业融合的影响研究——基于技术创新视角

Research on the Influence of Digital Finance on the Integrated Development of Rural Industries--Based on the Perspective of Technological Innovation

摘要

推进乡村产业融合发展是乡村振兴的重要举措，也是推进全体农民实现共同富裕的必由之路。数字金融以数字化特性为乡村产业融合提供金融要素供给。文章利用2014-2022年全国2 687个县域的面板数据，基于技术创新视角实证检验数字金融对乡村产业融合发展的影响。研究发现：各县域数字金融对乡村产业融合发展有显著推动作用，在采用工具变量法解决内生性问题并更换回归模型进行稳健性检验之后，该结论依旧成立。异质性分析表明，数字金融的覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度对乡村产业融合均具有显著促进作用；东中西三大区域及不同经济发展水平地区发展县域数字金融均能显著促进乡村产业融合，低经济发展水平地区作用效果稍弱；机制检验显示，数字金融有助于驱动企业技术创新，并通过提高技术创新效率对乡村产业融合发展起到推动作用。因此，应从县域角度出发因地制宜推进乡村特色产业融合、提升数字金融使用深度与数字化程度、强化低经济发展水平地区基础设施建设，利用科技创新打造金融-科技-产业协同机制。

Abstract

Promoting the integrated development of rural industries is an important measure to rural revitalization, and also the only way to promote all farmers to achieve common prosperity. Digital finance provides financial elements supply for the integration of rural industries with its digital characteristics. This paper uses the panel data of 2 687 counties to 2014-2022 to empirically test the impact of digital finance on the integrated development of rural industries from the perspective of technological innovation. It was found that digital finance in each county plays a significant role in promoting the integrated development of rural industries, and the conclusion is still valid after using the instrumental variable method to solve the endogenous problems and replacing the regression model for the robustness test. At the same time, the results of dividing digital finance into three sub-dimensions show that the coverage breadth, use depth and degree of digitalization significantly promote the integration of rural industries, depth of use and the degree of digitization. The mechanism test shows that digital finance helps to drive the technological innovation of county enterprises, and promotes the integration of rural industries by improving the efficiency of technological innovation. Based on the conclusion of collaboration, we should promote the integration of rural characteristic industries from the perspective of local conditions, improve of digital finance, strengthen the infrastructure construction in areas with low economic development level, and make good use of scientific and technological innovation to build a coordination mechanism of finance, technology and industry.
